Please pray for the family of Floree Denmark.  Her funeral is on Friday.  Especially remember her son Rodney, daughter Wanda, and her husband Tommy.  The Carter Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.  I believe that the visitation is tonight (Thursday). 

We praise God that James "Butch" Owen, Jimmy's cousin has recovered from by-pass surgery.  He is doing very well.  

Following are the prayer request's for 7-11 & 7-18: 
7-11-04:
Carmen Jones, a 27 yr. old girl that has cancer. 
Bart Gumpert, Carol Benjamin's father, recovering from a stroke. 
Charles McAllister who is still homebound. 
Hazel Harris, Beverly Colwell's mother, that is now in a retirement apartment in Raleigh, NC. 
Tyler Richardson, Beverly Colwell's nephew, that had surgery.  

7-18-04:
Margaret Cobb, mother of Jan Stover, that had surgery two weeks ago on Wednesday. 
David and Mellie while they are on vacation. 

Hello all.  I hope that the summer is treating you well.  I am sorry that I have not been keeping us up to date with prayer requests over the past few weeks.  I have been out of town.  I will not be in Church this Sunday, so I would appreciate it if someone would pass on the requests for prayer to me via email.  I will then send them on to everyone else.  If you know of someone who is in need of of prayer at this time, please pass that information to me, as well.

Dan and Pam King as they travel to Ohio for the funeral of Dan's Aunt this week
 
Maryellen Donatelli while she travels to Pittsburgh to be with her father who is having surgery this week.  Her brother is also recovering from an aneurysm.
 
Jack and Iris Gibbs (Iris is recovering from a double masectomy and is doing well.  Her husband Jack is in the process of receiving a new round of chemotherapy treatments for liver cancer).  Jack's younger brother, Paul is married to my sister, Beth.
 
My niece Liza Gibbs and other members of her Church Youth Group (Advent Christian Church of West Jacksonville) as they travel to Honduras on a mission trip this weekend.
 
Jim and Bonnie Bickerstaff and their children who are going through a difficult time.
 
The family of Dinky Minerfor the success of Vacation Bible School which begins this Sunday
