The family and friends of Jack Gibbs who passed away in Tifton early Sunday morning after a long battle with cancer-especially for his wife, Iris. He was 48 years old, a high school principal and a father of three children. The funeral will be at 4:30 in Tifton at the High School Gym. Jack was the brother of my brother-in-law, Paul Gibbs.

Announcement- Dinner on the Grounds
The Deacons will be hosting a Dinner on the Grounds immediately following the Church service on Sunday, April 30th. We will be serving hamburgers and hotdogs and are asking members of the congregation to sign up to bring cold salads, chips & dip, drinks, ice and paper goods. A sign up sheet will be available at the Church next Sunday. We will make it an afternoon of family fun and encourage you to bring fishing gear, lawn chairs, comfortable clothes and bug spray. You may choose to dress casually for Church that morning or to change after church. We will have games available for children and adults and our new playground area for children will be undoubtedly be a popular spot for the children, too.

On Saturday, April 8th, RHPC will host an Easter Egg Hunt on the Church grounds at 1:00. Please join us for egg hunting fun, prizes and refreshments.

She will be moving soon to a condo, as she presently lives in a large two story house which has become too much for her to manage under the circumstances. Please be in prayer for her during this major transition.
