Georgia Deneen, Dan Deneen’s Mother, who was diagnosed with cancer in a secondary site this past week.
Ron Stover- in the hospital
Mary Cameron- facing surgery this week in Waycross
For Mary Ann Jones and her mother. Mary Ann said her mother is in a very confused state following her visit with her in NY. She is hoping that her mother will get well enough to travel to RH for an extended stay, so that Mary Ann can make sure she is taken care of.
For Sandra Boring who is in Candler Hospital. Sandra has received wonderful news - she is in remission!! Please see the website for the update. You may want to sign her guest book, as well. http://home.comcast.net/~ktraylor1/
Joshua Ratcliff- a six year old who is still at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville in an induced coma due to continuous seizures from Encephalitis. His cousin is in my kindergarten class. I received an update on Joshua this week. Tests have shown that Joshua’s brain is shrinking due to the medication and inactivity, so he will have to be taken off the medicine and may have to have surgery this week. His family is much appreciative of our continued prayers for him.

Please be in prayer this week for the following people and situations:
For Mary Ann Jones and her mother. She is traveling this week to NJ to be with her mother who has cancer and is having a difficult time. She said she may be bringing her Mother to RH for awhile, but she is not sure.
For Dolly Reeves who is continuing to recover from a collapsed lung and hospitalization over the holidays
For Janet Roberts and her family. Her father passed away early on Sunday morning.
Janet’s Mother is also battling inoperable cancer. She appreciates our prayers and concerns.
For Sandra Boring who is in Candler Hospital. She has just been diagnosed with Acute Leukemia and has begun chemotherapy this weekend. We understand that Sandra will be in the hospital for at least a month while she receives treatment.
For Lela Parker, Jamie’s Mom, who is recovering from surgery in Waycross. She is at home.

Happy New Year!
Please be in prayer for the following people this week:
Dolly Reeves who was in the hospital during Christmas but is home at Magnolia Manor recuperating now. She had a collapsed lung. I went to visit her on Sunday afternoon, and she is still very weak. She said she was most thankful for the excellent care she has received from Patsy Miller and Evelyn Helmley while she has been sick.
For my mother-in-law, Lela Parker, who will be having surgery to remove a toe tomorrow in Waycross. Jamie will be with her and it will be done in day surgery, so if all goes well, she will be home tomorrow night.
For members of the military, especially those in harm’s way, and for their families.
