Please be in prayer for the following people and circumstances this Christmas week.

Michelle Wilson has asked us to pray for her niece, Jordyn. She has an inflamed spleen and liver and they think she may have Epstein-Barr disease. They are waiting for blood work and test results to come back. She is very weak and her face is swollen, as she has been throwing up since last Thursday.

For Beverly Colwell and her family following the death of her mother last week.

For Matthew Perry as he recovers from back surgery

James Ellis, a friend of Mary and Marshall Worsham's who is being treated for cancer

Continued prayers for Tim Proffitt as he recovers from surgery. The latest news from Helen is that Tim is starting to feel like his "old" (my word :)) self again.

Bob McKay as he continues to recover from a heart attack. Bob is Sharla Taylor’s brother-in-law. I haven’t received an update on his condition but will let you know when I do.

Savannah Murray, a 3 year old little girl in Jesup who has a brain stem tumor.

The Rev. Ed Ayers, pastor of the new Christ Presbyterian congregation at Pooler, as he continues to recover from knee surgery.

Members of the military and their families, especially for those who are in harm’s way. We remember these particular soldiers by name- Steven Cook deployed from HAAF, my neighbor,Tequita, who is in Afghanistan and Dusty Henry who deploys this month, I believe.

Barbara Wannamaker who works as a parapro at RHPS- She is seeing both a cardiologist and a neurologist for ongoing debilitating symptoms.

Ken and Bobbi Hettler, as Ken continues to receive chemotherapy for lung cancer

Sybil Kirby, Cheryl Fox’s aunt, who has been diagnosed with stomach cancer. Cheryl shares that she is elderly and will probably not be able to go through chemotherapy.

Ron and Jan Stover as Ron continues to recover from surgery

Everett Moon, Cheryl Fox’s cousin, who will continue to receive chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer, and who is doing well with no tumor growth in two years!
