Please be in prayer for the following people and situations this week:

Ken and Bobbi Hettler who have recently relocated from the Greenville, SC area to live at Magnolia Manor. They have been attending RHPC for several months. Ken and Bobbi will be traveling back to Greenville tomorrow (Monday, October 19th) for further tests and plans for treatment for lung cancer.

Please keep Ken and Bobbie in your thoughts and prayers for traveling safety, accurate diagnosis, continuing excellence in medical care, and ongoing positive attitude and faith as we support them during the challenges they face.

A 25 year old woman who was diagnosed with cervical cancer this week

Kiki who is hospitalized in Neuro ICU- Please prayer for her recovery

Bobbie Lynes’ aunt, Elaine Ketteringham who is in Memorial Hospital

George Nutter’s mother who is in Memorial Hospital and will be having surgery to treat breast cancer this week.

For the organizers, workers and attendees of the Seafood Festival this weekend. We pray that everyone will have a fun, safe visit and that the event will be successful for all of those who have worked so hard to make it so.

The Operation Christmas Child shoebox ministry. All shoeboxes are due next Sunday.

Our family is thankful that our son Jay found out late last week that he passed the Bar Exam!

My cousin, Bobby Hines. He has recently been hospitalized for blood clots in his lung and his leg. He is home now and doing better but will continue to receive treatment and monitoring.

A good friend of Helen and Tim Proffitt’s Daryl Cormier, has been in St. Joe’s ICU with H1N1 for the past 14 days

Dr. Ben Mathes’ wife, Mickie, has terminal cancer

Mary and Marshall Worsham’s friend, James Ellis, who has been diagnosed with throat cancer.

Cathy and Jim Parker (Jamie’s Dad and stepmother) as Cathy recovers from surgery to repair a broken hip. Cathy is now undergoing rehab in a hospital near her home in Port Joli, Nova Scotia.
